Oriental Place is a locally owned family business servicing the Hervey Bay area since 1989.Situated in beautiful Scarness, directly opposite the beach, children’s play area and caravan park, the Oriental Palace offers a unique dining experience.The recipes have been handed down through the family for generations, with the sole intention of providing flavourful food and consistent quality at a reasonable price.Many of the locals visit our restaurant on a weekly basis, requesting our restaurants’ signature duck dishes, created by Chef Gary Bong three years ago. These duck dishes are slow cooked with Chinese herbs, de-boned with a crispy skin.Our restaurant is fully licensed with B.Y.O wine only.
